This chef is the owner of GOOD WOOD TERRACE, which he opened in Shibuya in 2004, spurred by his love for Jamaican culinary culture and music. Committed to following the traditional cooking methods he learned in Jamaica, he always grills using a custom-made metal drum. And he does more than simply serve food: He uses it to communicate the positive energy of Jamaica. The dishes he creates with great enthusiasm have gained a huge following among food-lovers of all kinds, from discerning young people to fine-dining enthusiasts seeking authenticity.
