Inheriting the legacy of his grandfather, Chen Kenmin, and his father, Chen Kenichi, this third-generation chef preserves the proud tradition of Szechwan cuisine in Japan. Expanding the "Szechwan Restaurant" brand both domestically and internationally, including in Singapore, his exceptional culinary prowess is globally recognized.
