Cuisine with innovative ideas created by culinary school students
Selected students from "Tokyo Yamate Culinary School," a culinary school for aspiring chefs, will prepare the dishes. Students' unique creativity is showcased in a variety of creative dishes, such as "Gnocchi with Tomato Sauce" by aspiring student chefs specializing in Italian cuisine, "Flavorful Soy Sauce-marinated Chicken and Char Siu Rice with Setagaya Vegetables" from Chinese cuisine, and the adorable "Onigiri Konkon." It's an opportunity to taste the cuisine of future chefs.
