A shop specializing in canelé with a unique texture, developed in Niigata「Canelé de CHIANTI」

Made by the owner-chef who began his career as a pastry cook, this canelé features a unique texture which he calls “mocchari.” A special original flavor has been added to the extremely popular canelé lineup only during this event. It is sold not only in limited quantities as the Shibuya Shop, but is also specially sold at the Sweets Museum at the Ariake venue.

Le Défi Osanai

“Le Défi” means “The Challenge” in French. Based on “Le Défi Osanai” French cuisine which aspires to be a new kind of French cooking that can be enjoyed with all five senses.

An original course meal menu has been specially prepared for Tokyo Tokyo Delicious Museum 2023. Be sure to experience for yourself the unique fusion of French cuisine and grilled skewers in the atmospheric space of a hideaway restaurant below the streets of Aoyama.

This business was founded to carry on the ideals of Kaneko Hannosuke, whose dream was to preserve for future generations the Tokyo-style tempura bowls that were loved by ordinary citizens at the time. The shops are popular not only among Japanese, but among inbound tourists as well.

The contents of the Tokyo-style tempura bowls that are the flagship product of the Nihonbashi Tendon Kaneko Hannosuke shop have been flash-frozen using the latest freezing technology, allowing you to conveniently enjoy the flavors of the shop in your own home. These are sold in limited quantities outside the three shops in the Nihonbashi area.

Founded in 1699, the specialty katsuobushi (dried bonito shavings) shop Ninben has been producing katsuobushi in Nihonbashi for more than three hundred years.

Available only during the event period, it is selling an original “Three Types Combination Tasting Set of Freshly Shaved Honren High-Grade Katsuobushi,” and is conducting a workshop where participants can learn more about the appeal of katsuobushi. It is also providing a “Soup Tasting Set” allowing you to compare the flavors of three types of soup stock: katsuobushi stock, blended stock, and katsuobushi stock finished with tomato.
