「GENEI.WAGAN」 the only ramen restaurant in Japan that requires reservations, is an experience-based ramen restaurant. In the ramen industry, it is known as a restaurant with unattainable reservations. One of the reasons for its reputation is the ability to enjoy different flavors of ramen each time you visit. This time, the "Mala Nut Soupless Dandan Noodles" and "Mala Nut Dandan Noodles" will be available, which are only available to regulars who come back many times, so there will definitely be lines. The course menu starts with soup, then ramen parfait, then spring rolls, then the main course, which will captivate ramen lovers.

*A la carte menu (no reservations required) is available 11:00-17:00 and 19:30-21:00.
*Course menus (advance reservations required) are available 18:00-19:30
*Food is not served between 17:00-18:00 as the kitchen is preparing course menus.

Owner chef: Eiki Irie

He has left behind a unique career as a detective and entered the world of ramen. He has a strong passion for ramen and has created over 1,000 variations of ramen thus far. Through courses that promote hands-on ramen kappo, the restaurant has many fans for its special dishes that make full use of homemade soup stock, soy sauce, and soup stock.
