In an effort to improve food self-sufficiency, Niigata Prefecture is promoting the “R10 (Rice Flour 10%) Project.” This initiative aims to replace at least 10% of imported wheat flour consumption with domestically produced rice flour.
At our booth, we will be offering delectable sweets crafted with premium rice flour from Sado Island, Niigata, as well as packages of the Sado rice flour itself. We sincerely look forward to welcoming you!
