Opening YORONIKU in Minami-Aoyama in 2007, he gained attention for innovative dishes like egg yolk-enriched sukiyaki and bite-sized rice portions. The restaurant offers a fusion of Japanese and Western yakiniku featuring luxury ingredients like matsutake mushrooms and truffles.
