Kazuya Nonaka

Beginning his training in traditional Japanese cuisine, the chef honed his skills at Sushi Mitsuki in Kenya and Sushi Ryuta in Roppongi before becoming head chef at Sushi Hajime. Unique in Roppongi, the restaurant offers à la carte options with sushi available by the piece at reasonable prices, accommodating various dining occasions. Drawing on English skills acquired in Kenya, the chef ensures international guests can enjoy their dining experience with ease.
