Akemi Akiho
A rice flour culinary researcher and developer who also serves as a Welsh Lamb promotion chef. In 2024, they created vegan and gluten-free menus for the King’s Birthday celebration at the British Embassy and made history by introducing rice flour bread and dishes at the Welsh Government reception party—a first for the embassy.
