Spreading the appeal of game meat cuisine

Chef Takahiro Chiba, a licensed hunter, brings you game meat cuisine. “We want people to experience the rich culinary tradition of game meat that is rooted in French cuisine,” says Chiba. Savor the expanding flavors of wild boar with each bite and the tender texture of venison. Discover why game meat is creating such a buzz in Tokyo.
