Koichi Kurosawa
At age 25, inspired by the delicious curries prepared by his Sri Lankan and Nepalese housemates in Kawasaki, he discovered his passion for spiced curry. Self-taught in curry-making, with a focus on South Indian cuisine learned in India, he has revolutionized the spiced curry scene with his innovative Chef’s Choice Only menu concept. Through his three locations, including two in Shimokitazawa, he continues to explore the potential and charm of various spices.
