With more than 15 years of experience in German and Austrian cuisine, the chef creates authentic Germanic regional dishes. A certified sommelier by the Japan Sommelier Association and an advanced wine connoisseur, he also conducts seminars and events in collaboration with embassies, associations, and corporations. At Blauer Engel, he values the cultural and historical aspects of cuisine, fostering connections through food.
