At Tokyo Tokyo Delicious Museum 2026, visitors can take part in an authentic sushi-making experience led by a sushi chef with over 30 years of professional experience.
This hands-on program offers the opportunity to learn traditional techniques while making five pieces of sushi (four nigiri and one roll) in about 30 minutes—an enjoyable and approachable way for anyone to discover the craft of sushi. Afterward, you can enjoy the sushi you just made. Children under the age of six can join with a parent or guardian. Making sushi with real ingredients—both the neta (toppings) and shari (rice)—is a memorable and enriching activity for all ages.
As space is limited, advance reservations are highly recommended (available until the day before each session). Same-day participation may be possible if spots are available.
