Tokyo Tokyo Delicious Museum is a food festival where many of Tokyo’s most popular restaurants and food vendors come together.
It’s happening over three days—from Friday, May 15 to Sunday, May 17—at Symbol Promenade Park in Ariake, just in front of Tokyo Big Sight.
You and your family can enjoy delicious dishes from your favorite spots, as well as popular gourmet picks that often appear in the media—all in a comfortable, family-friendly setting.
And it’s not just about eating! The event also features family-friendly live music and fun workshops where kids can learn about food culture. There’s a lot for both kids and adults to enjoy together.
In this article, we’d love to share four great reasons why this event is perfect for families.
1.Easy-to-Enjoy Food for All Ages

At Tokyo Tokyo Delicious Museum 2026, you’ll find over 40 food vendors offering a wide variety of cuisines—from Edo-era favorites like sushi and tempura to international dishes such as Italian and Jamaican, as well as popular sweets, bakeries, and easy-to-eat items like onigiri.
Many of the featured restaurants typically offer course-only dining, making them hard to visit casually—especially with family. At this event, you can enjoy their dishes more freely in an à la carte style.
For families, we especially recommend checking out the kids-friendly menu options. These include “Kids Size” portions tailored for children, “Family Share” plates perfect for sharing, and “Kids Cut” options that can be prepared in smaller, easier-to-eat pieces. (Available at select vendors.)
2.Family-Friendly Facilities
We want families to enjoy the event comfortably together, so we’ve prepared a range of family-friendly facilities throughout the venue.
・Family Priority Seating
These seating areas are designed for families, with space to park strollers right next to your table.
Located slightly away from the crowds, there are 25 tables (100 seats in total) for a more relaxed experience.
The area is covered, so you can enjoy your time without worrying about the weather. Water servers are also available, making it easy to prepare baby formula.

・Nursing Room
A fully private baby care room, “mamaro,” will be available (1 unit).
It can be locked for privacy, offering a safe and comfortable space.
Located near the Family Priority Seating area, it’s easy to access without having to move far.
Air-conditioned for the comfort of both babies and parents.

・Stroller Parking
Stroller parking areas are available at both the Stone and Light Plaza and the Flower Plaza,
making it easy to move around the spacious venue.
・Diaper Changing Area
A diaper changing space for up to five people at a time is available.
It includes a handwashing station and is designed with hygiene in mind.
(Please take your used diapers home with you.)
3.Fun Workshops for the Whole Family
At the Flower Plaza, enjoy hands-on “food culture experiences” you can see, touch, and learn from.
NANDARO KOSAKUSHITSU -Say “Hello!” to sustainability through craft workshops-
(Vegetable Furikake)
A sustainable workshop produced by “Tsumupapa,” a popular creator boasting over 1.5 million social media followers and widely beloved by families with young children.
Participants can experience crafting their own custom furikake (Japanese rice seasoning) using imperfect vegetables.
Highly recommended for children, this hands-on program offers a fun, tactile way to learn about the importance of food and resources through the joy of creating.

Sushi TOKYO (Sushi-making Experience)
Learn how to make sushi directly from a professional sushi chef with over 30 years of experience.
Of course, you’ll get to enjoy the sushi you make!
Up to 18 participants can join at once, making it a great activity for friends and families.

4.Little Chefs, Big Memories!
There are three photo spots throughout the venue—don’t miss the popular “Kids Chef Experience”!
The chef demonstration booth is open as a photo spot when shows aren’t running! Kids can put on a chef’s coat (available to rent), get their hands on real cooking tools, and transform into a little chef! —perfect for capturing a special memory from the event.
